Mustafa Yazıcı combines his academic background in engineering and law with an entrepreneurial vision, and has played an active role in the founding and growth of companies operating in the finance, technology and receivables management sectors. Yazıcı began his career in the banking sector and, building on that experience, turned to entrepreneurship, taking on strategic leadership as a co-founder of companies operating in a range of industries including receivables and asset management, finance, technology and food. Contributing to Fairpay's sustainable growth goals with his multidisciplinary business experience and the management perspective he has developed across different sectors, Mustafa Yazıcı leads the company's vision of developing innovative, reliable and user-focused financial solutions. A graduate of Sabancı University's Manufacturing Systems Engineering programme and Özyeğin University's Faculty of Law, Yazıcı speaks English.
Ali Emre Ballı is a businessperson with entrepreneurial and senior executive experience in finance, financial technologies and investment management. Having brought his entrepreneurial vision to life across different sectors, Ballı stands out for his investments contributing to the development of the financial services ecosystem and for his strategic leadership approach. A graduate of Sakarya University's Metallurgical and Materials Engineering programme, Ballı worked professionally in the technology sector before embarking on his entrepreneurial journey in 2001. Having made significant investments in the finance sector, Ballı played an active role in the founding of Adil Varlık Yönetimi, Reel Alacak Yönetimi and Fair Finansman, and has led the growth and transformation of numerous companies operating in digital banking, financing, electronic money and payment services, technology, asset management and receivables management. He also maintains entrepreneurial activities in other sectors through investments in software, food and telecommunications. Recognized for his contributions to the development of the industry, Ali Emre Ballı served two consecutive terms as Chairman of the Board of the Association of Financial Institutions and also chaired its Asset Management Companies Sector Board. Serving as Vice Chairman of Fairpay's Board of Directors, Ballı contributes to the company's sustainable growth vision, its innovative approach to product development and its strong position in the sector with his experience in financial technologies and his strategic perspective.
Murat Yönaç is among the figures contributing to the transformation of Turkey's financial sector, with extensive experience in banking, financial technologies, digital banking and regulation. Combining his academic background in engineering and law with a technology-driven approach and a regulatory perspective, he has played an active role in landmark projects shaping the development of financial services. After graduating from Boğaziçi University's Computer Engineering programme and subsequently from Ankara University's Faculty of Law, Yönaç completed his master's degree in IT law at Queen Mary University of London. Over the course of a career that began at the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BRSA) in 2005, he took part in numerous regulatory and supervisory initiatives in information systems audit, electronic banking and payment services. As Head of the Regulation Department and later as Vice President, he led the introduction of regulations on digital banking and banking-as-a-service, playing a significant role in the development of Turkey's financial technology ecosystem. Since 2023, Murat Yönaç has brought his experience in law, regulation and financial technologies to the strategic investments of Adil Group. As a Member of Fairpay's Board of Directors, he contributes to the company's growth vision in electronic money, payment services, financing and digital banking, supporting Fairpay's reliable, innovative and sustainable growth goals with his deep regulatory expertise, technology-focused outlook and strategic leadership approach.
Ömer Yurttaşer leads Fairpay's growth strategy with the experience he has gained in banking, financial technologies and digital payment systems. Throughout a career spanning corporate banking to the fintech ecosystem, he has held key responsibilities in product development, digital transformation, organizational design and strategic growth. A graduate of Marmara University's Banking and Finance programme, Yurttaşer began his professional career at Türkiye İş Bankası in 2007. He held various roles in corporate banking, trade finance, corporate client management and strategic marketing, and played an active part in managing large-scale client portfolios. During the same period he contributed to the bank's agile transformation efforts and was a member of the founding team of Proemtia, Türkiye İş Bankası's B2B commodity trading platform, leading the creation of its business model, product development and operational infrastructure. Joining POFintech as Founding Deputy General Manager in 2022, Yurttaşer led the structuring of the company's finance, product, sales and operations functions, making significant contributions to the development and scaling of innovative solutions in the fintech ecosystem. As Fairpay's General Manager, Ömer Yurttaşer leads the company's restructuring and growth journey, focusing on developing innovative payment solutions, building strong business partnerships and fostering a customer-centric organizational culture. With his agile management approach, his emphasis on team development and his commitment to sustainable growth, he contributes to strengthening Fairpay's position in the financial technology ecosystem.
Esra Sevilay Mutluay is among the senior executives shaping Fairpay's sustainable growth vision, with extensive experience in financial management, strategic planning and growth. With a management approach that combines analytical thinking with strategic insight, she leads the transformation of finance organizations and the development of new business models. A graduate of Yıldız Technical University's Economics programme, Mutluay began her professional career as an auditor at KPMG. She carried the strong financial discipline and analytical approach gained in auditing into the payment systems and financial technology sector, taking on key responsibilities in financial control, strategic finance and growth management. During her time at POFintech, first as Financial Reporting Manager and later as Payment Platform Manager, she contributed to building the financial structures underpinning the company's growth targets, supporting product development processes and strengthening its operational organization. Joining Fairpay in 2025, Esra Sevilay Mutluay serves as Deputy General Manager for Finance, Strategy and Growth, leading the shaping of the company's financial strategy, the development of sustainable growth models and improvements in operational efficiency. Treating finance not merely as a field where performance is measured but as a strategic asset shaping the company's future, she contributes to strengthening a data-driven decision-making culture, supporting an agile organizational structure and advancing Fairpay's long-term growth goals.
Onur Gürlevük is an executive specialized in risk management, fraud prevention and secure payment systems, with versatile experience across the banking, telecommunications and financial technology sectors. Combining an analytical perspective with technology-driven solutions, he contributes to strengthening organizations' risk management infrastructures and to their sustainable growth goals. A graduate of Istanbul Technical University's Geophysical Engineering programme, Gürlevük began his professional career at Dışbank and went on to hold various responsibilities in risk management, fraud prevention and financial technology development at Akbank, Turkcell Superonline and Turkcell. He later took on a management role at KiraPratik, contributing to the development of technology-driven financial solutions and the improvement of operational processes. Serving as Head of Internal Systems at Fairpay, Onur Gürlevük leads the development of the company's risk management strategies, the support of its regulatory compliance processes and the sustainable strengthening of its secure payment infrastructure. Combining his experience in finance and technology with a data-driven approach to decision-making, he contributes to Fairpay's reliable, transparent and sustainable understanding of risk management.
